Dismantling works
Mechanical dismantling of buildings
View Offer
For many years we have been specialising in the demolition of various types of structures, including residential buildings, industrial facilities, and office buildings. Throughout all demolition works, our priority is compliance with the highest safety standards. We operate a modern fleet of machines and a team of experienced operators with the necessary qualifications and certifications. Every robotic demolition service is tailored to the specific characteristics of the structure and project requirements, allowing us to achieve optimal results in the shortest possible time. We carry out projects throughout the country, providing comprehensive service from the planning stage through to post-demolition waste management.
Demolition works and dismantling are carried out in the least invasive manner possible. During mechanical dismantling we use professional demolition equipment fitted with specialist attachments, including hydraulic hammers, crushing jaws, rotating grabs, and buckets. Our scope of services also includes the management of post-demolition waste, such as: concrete waste, brick rubble, ceramic waste, timber, asbestos waste, and waste roofing felt. Upon completion of dismantling works, the Client receives Waste Transfer Records.
Building demolition and dismantling
View OfferMechanical dismantling takes less time than manual dismantling. During project execution we use specialist equipment enabling effective and safe achievement of the intended goal. We carry out dismantling works on structures made of: concrete, masonry, reinforced concrete prefabricates, monolithic slabs, and other construction materials. Elements that can be dismantled using our specialist demolition robots include: floors, chimneys, foundations, staircases, lift shafts, and all structural elements. Dismantling works are performed by qualified and skilled personnel, ensuring that works proceed efficiently and safely.
Duration of works – the high efficiency of the equipment used has a direct impact on the pace of dismantling.
Safety – thanks to Bluetooth control, the robot can be operated from a safe distance, without the need to expose personnel to hazards.
Versatility – the ability to use a hydraulic hammer, crushing-cutting jaws, a rotating grab, or a bucket
No exhaust emissions due to electric power supply
Ability to work in difficult conditions, including climbing stairs and traversing rubble.
Ability to perform universal works such as dismantling of staircases, floors, foundations, walls, chimneys, lift shafts, exposing reinforcement, breaking out lintels, and scarifying floors.
Excellent suitability for working in hazardous conditions or where the machine is exposed to hazardous substances, very high temperatures, or risk of falling.
Generation of low noise levels and vibration.
Remote-controlled Husqvarna demolition machines
The robotic demolition services we provide are suited to all situations where conventional heavy equipment fails or poses too great a risk. Compact dimensions allow operation in spaces with a ceiling height of just over 1.5 metres – the machine drives up stairs, moves across rubble, and traverses unstable ground. Robotic dismantling enables works to be carried out in industrial halls without stopping production lines. It is also applicable in residential buildings requiring the precise demolition of selected structural elements, and in listed buildings where strong vibrations are not permissible.
We also carry out robotic demolition services in city centres during daytime hours, thanks to the low noise level. We also perform works in extreme conditions – high temperatures, dust, or the presence of hazardous substances – where human presence would be impossible or too risky.

Manual dismantling is the traditional method of performing dismantling works, carried out using power tools such as demolition hammers, impact hammers, and gas torches. Because heavy equipment is not used, manual dismantling does not produce as much noise as mechanical dismantling. Furthermore, manual building dismantling does not generate intense vibrations, meaning that the surrounding area will not experience significant discomfort from the ongoing works. Manual dismantling allows for accurate sorting of the resulting waste and enables the removal of individual building elements without damaging them.

Our company also carries out dismantling of buildings containing asbestos-containing materials. We hold the relevant permits and have a workforce specially trained in this area. Removed asbestos-containing materials are transferred to an authorised hazardous waste disposal site. We prepare all necessary documentation both before the commencement of works and upon their completion. We also offer the identification of asbestos-containing materials and laboratory measurements of asbestos fibre concentration in the air.
