1. Dismantling of an office building
The demolition of the office building was carried out without the use of heavy equipment due to the building``s location in the central part of the city, close to other developments. The manual execution of the dismantling works significantly limited the noise generated and the dust produced during demolition, meaning that the dismantling of the office building did not cause significant inconvenience to the surrounding area.
2. Dismantling of LIPSK-type buildings
We have been carrying out dismantling of LIPSK-type buildings for several years. Thanks to our authorisation to remove asbestos-containing materials, we are able to offer our Clients comprehensive dismantling services. Waste generated during the dismantling of LIPSK-type buildings is continuously transferred to waste disposal sites.
3. Multi-stage dismantling of a hotel complex near Bielsko-Biała
The dismantling of the hotel complex was carried out over several months. Among the waste generated were, among others, asbestos, rubble, timber waste, scrap metal, linoleum, etc. Upon completion of our scope of works, the dismantling site was cleared and the building was prepared for the commencement of modernisation works. The Client received a complete set of documents from us, including Waste Transfer Records.
4. Dismantling of a warehouse hall
The demolition of the warehouse hall was carried out without the use of heavy equipment due to the close proximity of other buildings, as there was a risk of damaging them through the strong shocks and vibrations that machinery can generate.
